GOLDENVOICE JOB OPENING: Production Accounting Coordinator
Position would report directly to the company VP and would be responsible for processing accounts payable, vendor payments and crew payroll relating to show production.
Duties would include:
Deal directly with vendors and contractors on invoicing issues.
Receive vendor invoices and route for approval.
Prepare service agreements for vendor payments
Process road checking account payments and gather backup
Properly code invoices and submit to accounts payable for payment
Occasionally attend shows to process vendor payments and coordinate crew payroll.
Coordinate 3rd party payroll service and submit semi-monthly payroll.
Maintain and organize show, vendor and contract files.
Ideal candidate would be very organized and eager to learn the music business from behind the scenes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Experience with JD Edwards accounting software is a plus.
