In addition to the two shows we already have announced… NOFX will also be playing a 25th anniversary show Feb 5th @ Fonda, It will have Youth Brigade and other surprise guests. Tix go on sale early December but wanted to let all on the blog know ahead of time.
NOFX is, was and will always be one of the truest punk rock party bands, I have seen many shows with these guys as well as (ugh) many sunrises…
It’s been hectic around here lately, I am tired from four nights in a row of Tegan & Sara…. but I couldnt be more excited for this coming weekend with two nights of Girl Talk. I am not sure when I first discovered him, I think my brother introduced me because his fraternity was into the CD for their parties. Needless to say, I was thinking it wasn’t going to be something I was into (since he is a huge Dave Mathews fan, no offense). Boy was I wrong. As good as the CDs are, his performance this year at Lollapalooza made me a true believer.
Not everyone will get into a blow up raft and crowd surf on top of a rowdy drunk crowd. Check it out below… Can the Fonda handle inflatables? You can bet that I will be there to see…
