Hocus...the next nirvana, STP, Blur???

As a band, Hocus has been together since November 2008, We had our first show on January 16, 2009 and self released our album "Better Than You" on December 4, 2009. Locally, we have been featured in the San Diego Weekly Reader, Imperial Beach Eagle and Times, San Diego City Beat and have been played on San Diego's Rock 105.3 FM and 94.9 FM.

We did over 50 shows in 2009 all over San Diego, Hollywood and Las Vegas.

We have played venues as small as Hot Topic's to as large as 4th and B in Downtown San Diego. We have also played at last years' Imperial Beach's US Open Sand Castle Competition inwhich we played to a couple of thousand people. Our music is energetic, and our performances are rocking. We have supported named artists such as Missing Persons, LA Guns and most recently Stephen Pearcy of Ratt.

We are a fresh sound, with just guitar bass and drums, What you hear on the cd is what you'll see live. We don't use auto tune, don't rely on gimmicks, just good music.
